30-Day Easy Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at airyy623@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
